Alternate Dispute Resolution
Alternate Dispute Resolution or ADR, as it is more commonly known, means the wide variety of methods by which conflicts and disputes are resolved out of court.
Quaid-e-Azam Law College Lahore is the first ever law college in Pakistan introducing ADR as a part of its course curriculum from the session of 02-03.
The notion that most people want roved judges, well dressed lawyers and fine court room settings to resolve disputes is not correct. People with problems, like people with pains, want relief and they want it as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
